Kristi is Married with six children and lives in Wilmington Delaware. She has earned degrees in Family Ministry, Bible, and Early Education where she learned firsthand the joy and importance of influencing the next generation. Kristi's favorite thing to do is gather around a table with family and friends and eat good food. Her favorite season is summer time, with the pool, beach, boating, jet skis, boardwalk fries, pizza and SUN! When Kristi is not running the preschool she loves to read, run and spend most of her time being an Uber driver for her children.

Andrea holds an associate degree from MCCC with a cosmetology license and specialized certificate from Vidal Sassoons academy in hair color. she's a Jersey girl, but lives locally in Chadds Ford with her husband and daughter. Andrea comes from a big family of five siblings and a-lot of nieces and nephews where she's developed her love for children since she's always had a kid on her hip for as long as she can remember. When Andrea is not loving on the kids at Love and Learn or making people beautiful with new hair-do's you can find her involved in her church ministries, on the beach, enjoying warm weather, and being outside with family!

Tanya holds a BSN in Nursing, She is married to her high school sweet heart, with 2 girls who she thinks are amazing! Tanya loves karaoke, dancing with her girls and soccer.

Polly resides in Garnet Valley with her husband and 2 children. Polly holds degrees from Widener University in Psychology and Elementary Education. Her daughter Grace graduated from Penn State and her son Will attends Penn State. Polly's family are huge football fans with her husband coaching Varsity football at Garnet Valley High School. On Sunday's you will find the Wrez Family at the Linc watching the Eagles.

Kristen has lived in Garnet Valley for 23 years; married to Brad for 26 plus years; kids .. Amanda works at Univ. of Penn doing Alzheimer's Research, Will is studying Criminology and Psychology at Butler university in Indianapolis. Sarah attends Georgetown University studying nursing. Kristen graduated from the Univ. of Delaware with a BS in Finance and played women's soccer.

Julia is born and raised in Garnet Valley and graduated from Garnet Valley High School in 2016. When not at the preschool you will find her coaching cheer at Encore Elite Wildcatz. Cheerleading is one of her biggest passions, along with being able to both work at the preschool, coach cheer, and spend time with her family.

Brooke was born and raised in Delaware and attended Lancaster Bible College where she graduated with a degree in Children and Family Ministry. She resides in Hockessin DE with her Golden Retriever named River. Not only does Brooke love kids, she has a passion for brewing fantastic coffee. Brooke owns a coffee trailer called Selah Coffee where she work part time events on the weekends. Brooke also loves the beach, going on walks and spending time with her family.

Tara graduated with a BS from Lynn Univ. with a double major in Fashion design and fine art. Tara resides in Wawa PA in a home they built with her husband of 23 years, three children. and two dogs. Tara feels blessed to have all her immediate family living in the area.

Nicole resides in Garnet Valley with her husband and three children for 23 years. She grew up in Chichester and graduated from Chichester high school then went on to Penn State and Widener for accounting. Nicole recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with a masters in teaching. Getting her masters has allowed her to start her second career in life. Nicole worked at Boeing Until she had her first child and was lucky enough to stay home to raise all three children. Since they are all in high school Nicole decided to pursue a career in teaching and make her dream job come true!

Eileen holds a masters degree in Early Childhood Education through 5th grade. Eileen taught at the Brandywine school district and later at Wilmington Montessori Preschool. She was a stay at home mom for 10 years before coming to Love and Learn. Eileen lives in Garnet Valley with herhusband Bob and four daughter's Erin, Jacquelien, Bridget, Eilis and two dogs named Shannon and Shae.

Des and her husband moved their young family to Garnet Valley in 1998 when her young children started attending Love and Learn. It was then when she fell in love with the program, it has been a place for her to use her creativity and child-like sense of fun ever since! Des and her husband are now empty nesters, enjoying both being involved in their grown children's lives and branching out into new activities. They have a dog name bear that we take to agility class, how fun! Des live in Chadds Ford near the Brandywine river. Her life is very full and happy, with starting the school year and seeing it through with a lively batch of new learners each year being one of the highlights.

Grace attended Messiah College and graduated with a bachelors in special and Elementary ED. Grace played basketball all through High School and College and now coaches Varsity girls soccer at The Christian Academy. Grace lives in Upper Chichester with her husband Colin and daughter Charlotte. Grace loves teaching, going to the beach, and spending time with her family!
